Help! How can I talk to someone?

When can I expect my order will ship?
If you place an order before 2:00pm PST, M-F your order will usually ship same day depending on payment method. All purchases made after 2:00pm PST will ship the next business day if paid by credit card.

How long will it take before I receive my order?
In most cases five business days or less. We primarily use USPS Flat Rate Priority with confirmation delivery, which boasts a three day delivery within the United States.

Do you ship to addresses outside the United States?
We are only set-up at this time to ship within the United States and Canada. As that changes we will update accordingly.

What is the status of my order?
We will provide you with a confirmation delivery number on your order when the order ships. You can then track your order through the US Posdtal Service at your convenience. http://www.usps.com/shipping/trackandconfirm.htm If any order is in question drop us an email and we will respond ASAP.

How do I cancel or change my order?
We presently do not have the ability to cancel an order once it is placed and confirmed on our website. If you have ordered a part in error you need to follow the return policy and RMA number request format.

Do you take returns?
We will take back any module purchased from us following the return policy. Please contact us before returning your module to receive an RMA (Return Authorization Number). Returned orders will not be processed without a valid RMA. RMA Numbers are available for 90 days after the order date. Any unused modules can be returned at the purchaser's expense for a refund, minus the initial shipping charge on the purchase. Our Returns Department must receive your return within 7 days after you received your RMA Number. Note: You must be a certified electronics technician to receive a full refund. For certification, we require you to email or fax the following: (1) a State certification of business (license) and (2) proof of business insurance or bond. As part of the validation process we also accept proof of affiliations with NESDA or Tech-Assist for example. Certified technicians have 30 days from order date to receive a RMA Number. Unlike some websites these are the actual pictures of the item you're shopping. We take all the pictures ourselves so there are no surprises when you open he box.

Why do licensed technicians seem to get preference here?
A trained technician has thousands of dollars in education and thousands more keeping up with the latest technology and repair techniques. While anyone today might be able to follow some misguided advice they found on the net how to repair a Tv, given the symptoms, only a qualified technician is likely to determine correctly if it is the only module or part need to make the repair accurately without doing other serious damage or destroying parts through inexperience.
