RETURNS:
All parts are either extracted from working units, purchased as overstock or if used and repaired are tested for proper function and certified by a licensed technician. The buyer is protected against dead-on-arrival (DOA) parts 100% minus shipping and all items carry a 100% 90-day warranty.*
Return requests for wrong part must be submitted within 20 days of order date. If the part works when installed, but fails within 90 days, the buyer must contact us immediately for an RMA and may need to file a Warranty Claim. ModulesRUs will provide a replacement part for a DOA or Warranty Claim or a refund* (only if a replacement is not available).** Any part that is returned under warranty or for wrong part ordered, by a non-licensed technician, will only be reimbursed 90% of the cost following a warranty determination.
All returns for a wrong part ordered will be reimbursed 90% of cost unless installed, ordered and/or submitted by a licensed technician.
If you are having trouble with your purchase, please contact us as soon as possible and we will issue you a Return Authorization Number (RMA Number) and work with you to resolve the issue.
For security purposes, all of our items are marked with our ModulesRUs identifier. All items returned to ModulesRUs will be visually inspected for identifying markings. If the Modules-R-Us identifier has been tampered with or is not present on the item(s), the return claim will be denied. All denials are sent via email and all appeals must be initiated via email with ModulesRUs.

* All returns are minus shipping.
**A licensed technician may choose to have the part replaced or refunded.
